Discover the Valley of Fire with this private tour

A private tour with WeVenture Las Vegas is always a completely custom itinerary, created just for you and your group! A private driving tour can be from 4 hours – 10 hours, depending on the destination. Pick-up and drop-off locations are the group’s choice. While many visitors to Vegas have specific sites they would like to see, many are happy to let our team create a custom itinerary that fits their interests, budget, mobility, and timeline. Typically, tours spend most of their time in and around Las Vegas, but we welcome any ideas for your dream tour.

Inclusions: Local English-speaking guide

Exclusions: Food and drink, souvenirs, tips and gratuities for the guide

No two groups are alike and we will plan a trip tailored to your group’s interests, budget, and needs. Below are some sample itineraries to use as inspiration for your perfect tour:

Half-Day Tour: This tour is designed to highlight the best of the Valley of Fire area (4-6 hours). Typically, a tour of this length can include 2-3 short hikes (depending on hike length), lunch, if arranged in advance, and a visit to the Park’s Visitor Center. Suggested shorter hikes include Mouse Tank, which is less than one mile through a canyon and best viewed during the lusher season; a venture out to see the petroglyphs at Atlatl Rock; and the impressive sandstone arch at Arch Rock. Elephant Rock, about a 1.25-mile loop, will especially be of interest to any Star Trek fans. For the geology diehards, add on the popular viewpoint at Fire Canyon-Silica Dome to see formations made of almost pure silica. An easy-to-moderate hike on White Domes Trail will give you brilliant contrasting colors and sweeping desert vistas.

Full-Day Tour: This tour (7-10 hours) offers you the opportunity to really explore the Valley of Fire in depth. You’ll be able to take some longer hikes, enjoy the scenic drive and take in the park’s many highlights and viewpoints, or spend time in Las Vegas at the beginning or end of your tour. Longer hikes could include The Fire Wave, a 1.5-mile round-trip hike with white and red zebra print sandstone which takes the shape of a wave; White Domes, a short (1.25 miles) but challenging hike in the park (while still very manageable), involving climbing over boulders, through slot canyons, and over a steep and uneven natural staircase; or Charlie’s Spring or Pinnacle’s Loop – both about 4.5 miles, offering more solitude and scenic views. Whatever you choose for your day exploring the Valley of Fire, your desert wish is our command!
